The Villas at The Belgrove, an Autograph Collection, are a limited collection of just 22 three-bedroom villas set within the private grounds of Dutchman's Pipe Club, the first new private golf club to open in West Palm Beach in more than 25 years. Developed by Witkoff on a former mango grove along the shores of Lake Mangonia, the community pairs the privacy of a freestanding villa with the services of a world-class resort: housekeeping, concierge, in-residence dining and valet, all managed by The Belgrove Resort & Spa's hospitality team.

Designed by architect Randall Stofft with interiors by David Lucido, each villa is built around soaring 10-foot ceilings, open-concept living and a graceful indoor-outdoor flow, timeless natural materials with a modern South Florida sensibility, fifteen minutes from Palm Beach and the Atlantic.

Every villa is a study in contemporary comfort: custom kitchens with shaker-panel cabinetry, an oversized island and a fully integrated appliance suite (including a 36” refrigerator, induction range and wine refrigerator); windowed primary baths with dual vanities, freestanding sculptural soaking tubs and rain showers; and bronze fittings throughout. A signature of the design is the private hospitality suite, a flexible guest wing with its own entrance, double vanity bath and fitted bar, ideal for visiting family or extended stays. Private terraces overlook the lake or lush gardens, and a turnkey designer furniture package is available. In-residence services run deep: hotel concierge, housekeeping with linen and towel delivery, laundry and dry-cleaning, bell and shuttle service, in-room dining and valet parking.

The Belgrove Resort & Spa is West Palm Beach's newest resort destination, an intimate oasis infused with the relaxed glamour of British Caribbean living. Three resort pools (including a serene adults-only escape and a lively family pool) are served by Deep End, the signature poolside bar, with daybeds and private cabanas. The spa draws on tropical wellness rituals, mango-infused body wraps, salt stone massages, a eucalyptus steam room and a heated saltwater pool, alongside a state-of-the-art fitness center with group classes and personal training. The Racquet Club adds four Har-Tru tennis courts, two padel courts and two pickleball courts with a professional pro shop, and three dining venues round out the resort.

Dutchman's Pipe marks a generational milestone: the first new private golf club in West Palm Beach in over 25 years, centered on a 7,281-yard championship course by Jack Nicklaus. There are no tee times, members walk straight to the first tee, on fairways grassed with Bimini and TifEagle for year-round play across seven USGA-rated tees. Practice facilities include a 12,000-square-foot putting green, a two-acre short-game area and a 310-yard driving range, with the Dutchman's Pipe Golf Academy, PGA and LPGA instruction, swing technology and a custom fitting studio, to follow.
