Modern Living Group, the d/b/a of Modern Living Real Estate LLC and a Florida real-estate team at Compass (“MLG,” “we,” “us”), is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that equal access to housing information online is part of the Fair Housing commitment we make offline.

1. Our Standard

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological.

2. Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We design and develop with accessibility in mind, audit our pages periodically, and improve the site as we identify issues. We acknowledge that:

Some third-party content embedded on our site (including listing photos from BeachesMLS, mapping interfaces, and video players) is provided by external services we do not fully control. We use these providers in good faith and work with them when accessibility issues are reported.
Some pages of our site may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion. When we identify gaps, we remediate them in our ongoing development cycle.
New content added to the site is reviewed against our accessibility standard before publication where practical, and remediated promptly when issues are reported.

3. Compatible Assistive Technology

Our site is designed to work with modern browsers and the assistive technologies commonly available with them, including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack), screen magnification, keyboard-only navigation, and speech recognition software. If you use an older browser or version of assistive technology, you may encounter compatibility issues — we recommend keeping your software up to date.

When you contact us, please describe (1) the page or feature where you experienced the issue, (2) the browser and assistive technology you were using, and (3) the nature of the problem. We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five business days, and to remediate substantive issues as quickly as is reasonably practical.

5. Alternative Access to Listing Information

If you have difficulty accessing listing information online, an MLG agent will gladly walk you through current listings, market data, and showing arrangements by phone, email, or in person at our West Palm Beach office. 6. Fair Housing

MLG is committed to the principles of the Fair Housing Act.
