I have to say dealing with Johnathan was a fantastic experience. I purchased a property in Florida through Johnathan as my broker, he made the experience go smoothly. I do not live in the area and he handled the transaction for me every step of the way. When I had questions they were answered in a timely manner. Johnathan informed my attorney every step of the way to what was going on, he also was in contact with the condo association for me.
