Jonathan has closed over $150M in transactions and strives to grow his business each year while helping the Modern Living Group team achieve their goals as well. Notably, Jonathan, along with team leader Patrick Lafferty closed the largest condo sale in West Palm Beach in 2021, for $16.5M at The Bristol Palm Beach. Inspired by his wife and three children, Jonathan continues to pursue his career in luxury real estate with a growing passion.
