My fiancé and I worked with Emily Sullivan to find a place to live in West Palm Beach after an international work relocation. We cannot speak highly enough of her dedication to finding us the right home. We had a very tight move timeline, but Emily coordinated across late timezones to secure our favorite apartment within a ~ 2-week turnaround, at a price that was lower than listed (and ~1k / month lower in rent pricing than comparable apartments we looked at through leasing offices). Emily was particularly helpful with expediting lengthy application processes, including using her personal connections with our building’s HOA to accelerate our application.In summary, working with Emily was efficient, cost-effective, and convenient. She even made our place feel like home right away with a welcome gift basket. Emily goes above & beyond for her clients, and she would be our preferred agent to work with again.
