I have to say dealing with Johnathan was a fantastic experience. I purchased a property in Florida through Johnathan as my broker, he made the experience go smoothly. I do not live in the area and he handled the transaction for me every step of the way. When I had questions they were answered in a timely manner. Johnathan informed my attorney every step of the way to what was going on, he also was in contact with the condo association for me. After settlement, I asked Johnathan to handle a few more issues I had they were done immediately. I would not sign my name to this review if Johnathan didn't do an excellent job.I would highly recommend Johnathan Santiago to be your real estate agent.

We just sold our condo in West Palm Beach Florida, City Place South Tower, and used Seth Koretzky at Modern Living Group. We’re from out of state and so I searched to see who was a high volume active agent in the building and found Seth. After having a consultation with him on the phone and taking his advice on doing a small renovation ( new countertops, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures Paint etc) to achieve a higher price and make it more attractive to sell we moved forward. The contractor he recommended and works within the building Kevin Lara did a great job and did the renovation faster than expected.
